This is an opportunity to establish yourself as the go-to Urologist in a community that has been waiting for local access to care. With a hospital-employed model, strong referral network, and early Friday finishes, you’ll have both the support and the lifestyle balance you’ve been looking for.
Practice Overview
- Solo, hospital-employed practice with dedicated support staff (RNs, MA, receptionist)
- Clinic located next to the hospital with 3 exam rooms and Athena EMR
- Access to 5 hospital ORs with priority scheduling (no robotics required)
- Referral base includes hospital-employed physicians, OB/GYN group, and multiple private practices serving a draw area of 70K-110K
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-4:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm
- Option for a 4-day work week
- Call: 10 days/month, including 1 weekend; additional call compensated
- Level III ER – phone consults typical, trauma cases transferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary with RVU bonus structure
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- $10,000 annual quality bonus
- 30 days PTO + 5 CME days with $3,000 allowance
- Full benefits package: malpractice with tail, health, dental, vision, and retirement with match
