Job Description
This full-time, in-person Orthopedic Physician role is based in Honesdale, PA, within a community hospital offering advanced inpatient and outpatient care.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal conditions, performing surgical and medical interventions, and providing consultations to healthcare teams. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure high-quality patient care. Participate in community outreach and healthcare education initiatives. Requirements: MD or DO degree with valid Pennsylvania license and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Experience in diagnosis, treatment, surgical procedures, and post-surgical care coordination. Strong assessment, decision-making, documentation skills, and excellent communication abilities. Prior hospital or community healthcare experience is preferred.
