Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Group Therapist for our PHP/IOP programs in East Tennessee.

Facilitate two evidence-based group sessions daily, focusing on mental health and substance use recovery.

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Document sessions, attendance, client progress, and clinical observations accurately and timely.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and discharge planning.

Ensure confidentiality and adhere to ethical and licensing standards.

Qualifications include: Master’s degree in a relevant field, current licensure or eligibility, at least one year of group therapy experience, and familiarity with co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime hours with flexibility.
