Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Florissant, MO.

Provide bedside wound assessments and management in skilled nursing facilities, including wound evaluation, dressing changes, debridement, and G-Tube procedures (training provided).

Participate in weekly wound rounds and develop individualized care plans within facility protocols.

Conduct Home Health visits as needed.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and experienced in wound care, with at least 2 years of relevant experience and debridement skills.

Requirements include strong communication skills, ability to work independently, a Missouri medical license, and familiarity with skilled nursing environments.

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, with benefits such as health/dental insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with on-call and weekend duties as needed.
