Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Registered Nurse II for the Specialty B-Women & Children’s Resource Team, working full-time overnight shifts (7p-7a) in Lynchburg, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to women and children in a specialized team environment.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
