Job Description
Seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Keene, NH, and surrounding areas.
Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and annual wellness exams 3-5 days weekly.
Examine patients, review medical records, order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments and medications.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, prevention, and wellness practices.
Maintain accurate records, promote health, and stay current with professional development.
