Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department and collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services to the population.
Requires a Degree in Clinical Social Work and an active LCSW license in Texas.Experience in clinical assessment, discharge planning, and patient charting preferred; crisis intervention and Trauma-Informed Care experience is a plus.Must understand regulations, excel in group therapy, documentation, and clinical communication.Independently perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate patient care, ensuring compliance and ethical standards.Participate in team meetings, coordinate outcome measurement, and communicate effectively with families and agencies.Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, professional development, and flexible scheduling.
