Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department, including providing individual therapy, assessments, and treatment planning. They will collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver services to the patient population and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Require a Degree in Clinical Social Work and a current LCSW license in Texas.
Experience in clinical assessments, discharge planning, documentation, and trauma-informed care is preferred.
Must demonstrate excellent clinical, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in documentation and understanding of regulations.
Responsibilities include delivering therapy, developing treatment plans, coordinating patient care, maintaining accurate records, and participating in departmental meetings.
