Job Description
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) responsible for managing daily clinical operations of Behavioral Health Counseling Services and collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services.
Requires a Degree in Clinical Social Work and current LCSW license in Texas.
Experience in assessments, discharge planning, and clinical documentation preferred; training in crisis intervention and Trauma-Informed Care is a plus.
Must understand regulations, group therapy dynamics, and possess strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, developing treatment plans, ensuring compliance, documenting progress, and coordinating patient care and outcomes.
Participate in team meetings, communicate with patients and families, and support continuous improvement.
