Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Professional Counselor

Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department and collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services to the population.

• Provide individual therapy and counseling within scope and ethical standards.
• Conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and ensure proper documentation.
• Participate in patient referrals, communicate with families and agencies, and support patient needs before, during, and after treatment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate department outcome measurement and participate in team meetings.

Requirements include a Clinical Social Work degree, current LCSW license in Texas, and experience in clinical assessment, discharge planning, and trauma-informed care preferred.
