Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services and collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services.
Requires a Degree in Clinical Social Work and an active LCSW license in Texas.
Experience with assessments, discharge planning, clinical documentation, and trauma-informed care is preferred.
Must understand state and federal regulations, excel in clinical group therapy, communication, and critical thinking.
Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, developing treatment plans, ensuring documentation accuracy, and collaborating with families and agencies.
Participates in department meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
