Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department and collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services.
Requires a Degree in Clinical Social Work and a current LCSW license in Texas.
Preferred experience includes clinical assessment, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and Trauma-Informed Care.
Must understand state and federal regulations, clinical group therapy, documentation, and possess strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, developing treatment plans, ensuring compliance, documenting progress, and participating in departmental meetings.
Qualifications include excellent clinical and organizational skills, proficiency in interpreting regulations, and computer literacy.
