Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department.

Provide individual therapy and assess patient needs, developing and evaluating treatment plans.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining ethical standards and accurate documentation.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, families, and agencies to support patient care.

Participate in department meetings and performance improvement processes.

Coordinate clinical outcome measurements and contribute to referral development.

Qualifications include: a Degree in Clinical Social Work, current LCSW license in Texas, clinical assessment experience, and knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention preferred. Must possess strong communication, clinical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
