Speech Language Pathologist – $5,000 BONUS

Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home speech therapy services. This full-time or part-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to help patients improve communication and swallowing functions.

Deliver care per state guidelines and interdisciplinary team plans

Assess patients’ abilities and develop personalized treatment plans

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques

Document sessions and monitor patient progress

Collaborate with team members and attend meetings

Maintain accurate records and complete evaluations

Qualifications: Oregon license, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license.
