Speech Language Pathologist – $5,000 BONUS

Job Description

We are seeking a _Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)_ to provide in-home speech therapy services, focusing on communication and swallowing disorders.

Key responsibilities include:_
– Delivering care per state practice acts and care plans
– Evaluating patients’ abilities
– Developing and implementing treatment plans
– Documenting sessions and progress
– Educating patients and caregivers
– Collaborating with the team and participating in meetings
– Maintaining accurate records
– Providing occasional in-service education

Qualifications include:_
– Current Oregon license in Speech Language Pathology
– CPR certification
– Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
