Job Description

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm in post-acute care facilities within your community.


  • Provide exceptional patient care through coordination, communication, and clinical assessments.
  • Conduct patient rounds, document visits, write orders, and facilitate testing and procedures.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and leadership to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records for billing and compliance, with comprehensive training and oversight provided.

    • Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, empathy, organization, and problem-solving skills, with at least one year of relevant experience preferred. A valid Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification are required.
