Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) for a Geriatrics department supporting outpatient and residential long-term care in rural Wyoming.
Full-time role alternating weekly between outpatient clinics and long-term care facilities, providing comprehensive geriatric care, including diagnosis, treatment, minor procedures, and emergency response.
Responsibilities include patient examinations, diagnostic testing, preventive care, referrals, documentation, team collaboration, and staying updated on geriatric medicine advancements.
Qualifications vary for APRN and PA candidates, requiring relevant degrees, certifications, licensure, and skills in internal medicine and patient care.
Compensation includes a competitive salary plus bonuses and incentives such as PTO, loan repayment, sign-on, relocation, insurance, and CME. The position is eligible for work visas.
Located in Gillette, WY, a community with a low cost of living and access to natural resources, within a few hours of neighboring states. Involves in-person work with some travel, and relocation assistance is provided.
