Job Description
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations, including assisting with process improvements, managing supplies, coordinating schedules, and participating in staff training.
Maintain daily clinic functions, inform the manager of patient, staff, or physician issues beyond their scope, and handle equipment maintenance and supply orders.
Monitor budget, quality control standards, and resolve routine patient and staff concerns. Support staff performance evaluations, manage schedules and PTO requests, and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively to uphold the organization’s mission and values.
Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, a valid RN license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of clinical experience; healthcare management experience is preferred. Multiple shifts available for full-time roles.
