Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings with additional support in residential environments.
Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, delivering therapy in individual and group settings, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and providing training. The role involves supporting clients with behavioral and mental health challenges using trauma-informed, patient-centered approaches.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, and strong assessment and communication skills. Preferred skills include experience with AAC systems and supporting clients with mental health needs.
