• $75k sign-on bonus: $37,500 at 30 days and $37,500 at 1 year
• Competitive compensation: $500k base, 10% quality metrics bonus, and $10K relocation (if applicable)
• Approximately 50 in-house calls/year, balanced between OB and OR, supported by CRNA/resident
• Ideal candidates: BC/BE within 3 years of residency; new grads welcome; no gaps in CV
• Full medical/dental/vision, malpractice/tail coverage, retirement plan, 6 weeks of PTO and CME time
• Level II trauma center with strong affiliations including Yale and University of Vermont
• The city is in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains
• Fairfield County, CT – affluent area with easy access to NYC and outdoor lifestyle amenities
