This position involves conducting psychosocial assessments, supporting patients and families through hospitalization and diagnoses, and providing crisis and bereavement counseling.


  • Collaborates with healthcare providers to develop treatment plans.
  • Maintains a database of community-based psychosocial resources.
  • Requires a Master’s in social work (MSW) and relevant experience, with strong communication and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Serves patients of all ages, with a salary range of $54.18 – $72.04 per hour.
