We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Step Down Unit in Lowell, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients transitioning from ICU to general wards.
  
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, and respond promptly to changes.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
  
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
