Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team at a correctional facility in Alfred, ME.
Provide psychosocial assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services to inmates.
Collect patient information through interviews, history, tests, and observations.
Evaluate data to identify issues and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches or referrals.
Deliver crisis management and short-term therapy as needed.
Develop treatment and follow-up care plans.
Apply knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and collaborate with other health practitioners.
Respond to emergencies and provide therapeutic crisis services.
Qualifications: Master’s in Social Work or related field, current state license, CPR certification, and ability to pass background checks.
