We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team at a correctional facility in Alfred, ME.
Provide psychosocial assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services to patients within a multidisciplinary team. Gather information through interviews, case histories, tests, and observations to evaluate patient needs. Determine appropriate therapeutic approaches or referrals based on data analysis. Offer crisis management, short-term therapy, and emergency services as needed. Develop treatment plans and follow-up care programs. Utilize knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and collaborate with other health practitioners.
