Job Description
The Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) reports to the Clinical Director and works primarily in schools with school-aged clients. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, providing individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, diagnosis interpretation, psychoeducation, and treatment planning. They may oversee Qualified Behavioral Health Providers (QBHPs).
- Must hold a master’s degree in a related field and a current, licensure in good standing (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LAC).
- Preferably with at least one year of experience in behavioral health treatment with children, adolescents, families, or adults.
- Knowledge of professional ethics, regulations, and excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, EMRs, email).
- Full-time, part-time, or contract positions available, starting at $50/hour, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
