Therapy Clinic Supervisor – Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are offering a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to oversee our therapy center.

Provide specialized treatment for children with ASD and other diagnoses, including evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation.

Develop and oversee Individualized Treatment Plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and coach families on skill integration and use of adaptive tools.

Supervise clinical staff, ensure compliance, and maintain quality standards through training and documentation reviews.

Stay current with research and trends in autism and early intervention.

Qualifications include: Master’s in speech therapy or occupational therapy, 3+ years’ experience with children with disabilities, 2+ years’ supervisory experience, current licensure/certification, and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
