CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant Day Shift ($3500 sign on bonus)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care in a supportive rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.

Assist residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.

Support personal hygiene and catheter care.

Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.

Help implement individualized treatment plans and engage residents in wellness activities.

Document care activities accurately and foster positive relationships with patients and families.

Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent, with experience in geriatrics preferred; strong communication skills; knowledge of HIPAA; compassionate care provider.
