Job Description

This RN Clinical Supervisor oversees nursing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in patient care.
They visit units daily, support charge nurses, and assist with administrative duties under the guidance of the Director of Nursing.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare providers, managing staff, ensuring resident rights and confidentiality, participating in quality improvement, and assisting with budgeting and resource management.
The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of gerontology, adherence to policies, and the ability to function as a charge nurse when needed.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN licensure in Texas, preferably a BSN, with at least 2 years of nursing management experience, and certification in gerontological nursing.
Participation in team meetings, ongoing education, and commitment to organizational core values are essential.
