Job Description
We are seeking a personable and experienced Clinical Nurse Unit Manager for a family-owned skilled nursing facility with rehab, assisted living, and memory care units.
Oversee patient care, daily unit operations, and develop care plans
Lead staff education, performance improvement, and coaching, including disciplinary actions
Communicate with pharmacy and support patients and families using strong customer service skills
Qualifications include RN license, 5+ years clinical experience, 1+ years leadership, and familiarity with long-term care regulations
Must collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate complex clinical info simply
Shift hours are 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Full-time position with salary ranging $65,000-$75,000 annually, plus benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and referral program.
