Job Description

Seeking Nurse Practitioners for a unique home-based wound care position in Oklahoma.

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe treatments, and educate patients on wound care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans for adults and elderly patients with chronic wounds.
  • Travel within Oklahoma to patient homes, with materials supplied; home health experience a plus.
  • Wound care certification required or willing to obtain within 3 months.
  • Part-time role (4-15 hours/week) with competitive pay starting at $100/hour.
  • Qualifications include licensure, board certification, and clinical experience; new grads welcome. Wound care certification and home health experience preferred.
  • Must be able to commute to Ardmore, OK, and relocate before starting.
