Job Description

Seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide 1:1 therapy for children in San Jose, CA, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules.

  • Responsibilities include evaluating and developing play-based, individualized treatment plans across areas like language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and AAC.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and mentor SLPAs and CFs.
  • Engage in leadership initiatives and communicate compassionately with families.
  • Flexible scheduling options, including traditional, split, and Saturday sessions with added compensation.
  • Qualifications: CA licensure, CCC from ASHA, pediatric experience preferred, but new therapists are welcome.
