Join our supportive, data-driven center in Rochester, MN, to help develop your role and our new SLP program!

We seek an SLP to provide services primarily for children on the autism spectrum, with opportunities to work with both children and adults from the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of speech and language abilities
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare teams
  • Document progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Stay current with industry research and techniques

    • Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid state license and ASHA certification
  • Experience with pediatric populations and early intervention
  • Proficiency in assessment and therapy techniques
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

    • Job is full-time or part-time, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Schedule is Monday to Friday, in person.
