Job Description
This full-time position involves providing assessments, individual, group, and family therapy in compliance with DMH standards, ensuring client confidentiality and timely documentation.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the treatment team, assisting with prior authorization processes, participating in staffing and interagency collaborations, and responding promptly to client needs.
Additional duties include clinical supervision for day treatment programs and promoting a positive work environment through appropriate interactions with colleagues.
**Qualifications:** Current clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC), Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field, CPR and MANDT/CPI certification, and knowledge of DSM.
**Preferred:** Experience in mental health settings, working with SMI/SED populations, EPIC EHR familiarity, and active CPR/BLS certification.
