Job Description

Join our team as a full-time Licensed Clinician providing home-based child and family treatment in Central Maine, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a starting salary of $66,560-$70,720 plus incentives and mileage reimbursement.

  • Manage an average caseload of 6 clients, receiving regular supervision and ongoing training, including certifications in evidence-based practices like TF-CBT, PCIT, and MATCH.
  • Work in a supportive, team-focused environment with flexible scheduling, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and loan forgiveness.
  • Require a Master’s degree, valid driver’s license, and licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LMFT). Experience in community-based or family services is preferred.
