Job Description

The Clinical Operations Manager for the Critical Care Unit and Telemetry oversees daily clinical functions and coordinates staff scheduling for CVIR nurses.
They are responsible for orientation, training, and implementing best practices to meet organizational goals in productivity, quality, patient satisfaction, and caregiver engagement.
The role involves establishing communication infrastructure with physicians and staff, collaborating with the Clinical Director to expand service lines, and supporting the organization’s mission and strategic plans.
Requirements include RN licensure, BSN preferred, with at least 5 years of clinical experience and 2 years of management. Skills in clinical leadership, team collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and working with medical staff are essential.
The position involves working in a safe environment, handling emergency situations, and physical demands like lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility in working hours is expected.
