Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) Critical Care / Full-time

Job Description

This position oversees daily clinical operations of the Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, ensuring efficient staffing, orientation, and training of nurses.
It develops and implements best practices to meet organizational goals in productivity, quality, caregiver engagement, and patient satisfaction.
The role involves establishing communication infrastructure with physicians and staff, collaborating with leadership to expand services, and supporting the organization’s mission and strategic plan.
Requirements include RN licensure, BSN preferred, 5+ years of clinical experience, and 2+ years in management.
Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Work environment involves exposure to infectious diseases, emergency situations, and physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility in working hours and the ability to manage multiple activities are necessary.
