The Clinical Operations Manager for the Critical Care Unit, Telemetry oversees daily clinical functions, schedules staff, and ensures effective orientation and training of associates. They develop best practices to improve productivity, caregiver engagement, quality, and patient loyalty, while facilitating communication among physicians and staff within the Cardiovascular Service Line. Collaborating with the Clinical Director, they support service line expansion and enhancement. Requirements include a nursing degree (BSN preferred), RN licensure, certifications like BLS and ACLS, and minimum 5 years of clinical experience with 2 years in management.
