Seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide therapy, assessments, and behavioral health support in long-term care facilities.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll deliver individual, family, and group therapy, support residents with conditions like depression, anxiety, and behavioral issues, and collaborate with facility staff to improve outcomes.
