Job Description

New emergency medicine physician opportunity near Green Bay, WI, with a $20K sign-on bonus at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital.

_Position Details:_
• Full-time/part-time roles for EM Board-Certified/Eligible Physicians or FP/IM Physicians with ED experience.
• Compensation: $225/hr + benefits (valued at $30/hr) or $250/hr as an Independent Contractor.
• Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for full-time with a minimum 1-year commitment, starting by Feb 1, 2024.
• Benefits include PTO, holiday pay, health/dental coverage, 401K with matching, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, and local schedule control.

_Qualifications:_
• MD/DO, BC/BE in FP/IM with ED experience, WI license/DEA.

_Work Environment:_
• Level 3 trauma center, EPIC EMR, ~24 daily arrivals, 24.5 hours physician coverage/day, 30-minute overlap.
• In-house hospitalist and nursing staff.
