_Physician – Emergency Medicine_

_New opportunity near Green Bay, WI with a $20K sign-on bonus!_

_Seeking Board-Certified/Eligible Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine physicians with ED experience for full-time/part-time roles at a Level 3 Trauma Center._

• _Compensation: $225/hr + $30/hr benefits (W2) or $250/hr as an independent contractor._
• _Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for full-time positions with a minimum 1-year commitment, starting by February 1, 2024._
• _Full-time benefits include PTO, holiday pay, health/dental with employer contribution, 401K with matching, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, and schedule control._
• _Requirements: MD/DO, Wisconsin license, ED experience, BC/BE._
• _Work at a facility with ~24 daily arrivals, 24.5 hours physician coverage, EMR EPIC, and in-house hospitalist._
• _Flexible scheduling and physician-led management emphasized._
