Job Description
Seeking Board-Certified/Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians or FP/IM physicians with ED experience for full-time/part-time roles at a Level 3 Trauma Center near Green Bay, WI.
Competitive pay: $225/hr with benefits (valued at $30/hr) or $250/hr as an independent contractor. Full-time includes a $20K sign-on bonus with a minimum 1-year commitment, starting by February 1, 2024. Benefits cover PTO, holiday pay, health/dental insurance (50% paid by employer), 401K with matching, CME reimbursement, malpractice coverage, and schedule control. Qualifications: MD/DO, Wisconsin license, EM or ED experience, Board-Certified or Eligible. Work involves 24/7 coverage with EPIC EMR, approximately 24 daily arrivals, and flexible shifts including days, nights, and holidays.
