Neurology Locum Tenens Needed in Washington:

Neurology Locum provider needed in Washington assist with full time coverage. Provider will be performing outpatient clinic coverage. 

• Requirements: Board Certified/ Board Eligible. Active WA License
• Assignment Duration: 6 months
• Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 7:30a-4:30p
• Patient Census: 15-20 per shift
• Procedures/Reads required: EMG, Botox, Occipital Nerve Injections, Trigger Point Injections
