Job Description

As an Family Intensive Treatment Team Clinical Manager, you will oversee the delivery of behavioral health services, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, your role involves staff training, case management, and documentation review. You will leverage your core skills in applied behavior analysis and mental health counseling, while utilizing premium skills such as crisis intervention and child & family counseling. Your organizational and supervisory experience will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment that supports individuals with diverse needs. · Masters degree or higher in a social service discipline

· Preferred State of Florida license or license eligible in psychology, mental health, social work, or marriage and family therapy

· Five years clinical experience and two years supervisory experience

· Successful completion of background screening

· Clinical documentation

· Oral case presentation

· Individual and group counseling skills

· Case management skills

· Strong supervisory, staff training and organizational skills

· Communicate effectively in writing and orally, using the English language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
