Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee clinical operations in our licensed home care agency.

Primary duties include

  • supervising field staff (PCAs, HHAs, RNs)
  • performing nursing visits and assessments
  • maintaining documentation and client records
  • conducting UAS assessments
  • occasionally managing wound care and medication administration

    • This full-time role offers flexible hours within a typical 8am-4:30pm schedule, with occasional evening or weekend visits. A reliable vehicle and ability to travel are required. The position involves part-time on-call duties for emergencies.

    Ideal candidates are energetic, self-motivated, friendly, and experienced in home care. You will manage your own schedule and work both in-office and in the community. Benefits include 401(k), matching, disability insurance, paid time off, and travel reimbursement.
