Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated School Based Therapist to provide behavioral health services within school settings to referred students with parental consent.

  • Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing individual, family, and group therapy, and offering psycho-education as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with school staff, and provide crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Build positive relationships with students, families, and school personnel, ensuring confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
  • Work a 10-month school-year schedule with full-time pay, benefits, and performance incentives.

    • Qualifications include licensure as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, PLPC, or eligibility. The role requires strong communication, trauma-informed care knowledge, and a compassionate approach to youth mental health.
