We are seeking an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner (IDNP) in Rock Island, IL for a full-time or part-time, onsite role involving multi-facility rounds.

About the Role: You will combine clinical expertise and patient-centered care to support infection prevention and control programs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and leading initiatives like infection control and antimicrobial stewardship.

What We Offer:

• Flexible schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Competitive pay: $104,000–$120,000 with incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough exams and monitor patient conditions
• Prescribe medications and develop care policies
• Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve outcomes
• Identify opportunities for preventive care to reduce complications

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license
• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• 2+ years experience preferred, especially in infectious disease, geriatrics, or adult medicine
• Strong communication skills with elderly and chronically ill patients
• Ability to travel within a 20-25 mile radius
