Shift: 7a-7a

Call Response: 15 min.

Call Ratio: 1:1

Call Back %: 10

Ave. Call #s Per 24 Hrs:

Phone Consults: 4

Pt. Seen: 4

Admissions: 1

PPS: 3-5

10 Bed Dept.

Both Rounding

Trauma Level 3 Facility

Admissions Required

Hospital Stroke Certified

Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 MA, 1 Office Staff

No teaching or supervision required.

EMR: Cerner

Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurrence Form
