We are seeking a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality nursing care across various settings including long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute environments.


  • Deliver personalized restorative interventions to maintain or improve patient function.
  • Assist with ADLs, mobility, and catheter care, monitor vital signs, and document using EMR/EHR systems.
  • Administer medications following safety and privacy guidelines.
  • Operate equipment safely and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support, patient education, and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
  • Support diverse patient populations including those with complex needs like Alzheimer’s or behavioral health issues.

    • Qualifications include valid CNA certification, experience in various healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR/EHR, and knowledge of clinical procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. BLS/ACLS certifications are preferred.
