Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for in-person services in Brainerd, MN. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with payments after 90 days and one year.

Responsibilities include facilitating group and individual therapy, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating care, maintaining compliant documentation, and ensuring client safety.

Requirements:

Licensed as an LADC

12 hours in co-occurring disorders

Two years substance-free (attestation required)

Pass DHS background check

Proficient in 12 Core Functions

Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred: experience with co-occurring disorders, CPR certification, community-based work.

Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, sick leave, and retirement. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually. Must be able to commute to Brainerd, MN. In-person role with a focus on client-centered care.
