Are you a passionate Pediatric Neurologist looking to make a lasting impact in both clinical care and academic medicine? A unique opportunity awaits in Saginaw, Michigan, where a collaborative partnership between a major university medical school and a regional health system is building a cutting-edge pediatric residency program and specialty service line from the ground up.

Join a rapidly growing Pediatrics Department as a full-time faculty Pediatric Neurologist and help lead the development of a dynamic academic and clinical service while serving a large regional patient population.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding pediatric neurology care in both inpatient consultative and outpatient clinic settings

  • Educate and mentor medical students and pediatric residents in a newly launched residency program

  • Collaborate with a supportive network of pediatric subspecialists and referring primary care providers

  • Interpret EEGs and sleep studies (if interested)

  • Serve patients from over 20 counties in mid-Michigan

  • Take on a leadership opportunity if you have the experience

  • Receive an academic appointment through Central Michigan University College of Medicine

  • Engage in clinical research, scholarly activity, and academic growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology with Special Qualification in Child Neurology (within 5 years of residency)

  • Fellowship training (completed prior to start) – Required

  • Active Michigan license (or willing to obtain)

  • DEA and CSR/CDS – (must be obtained prior to start)

  • Demonstrated interest and experience in scholarly activities – Required
